About this website
This website is operated for Shreenath Auto Advisers, an independent RTO consultancy with branches in Jamkandorana and Dhoraji. It provides an introduction to our services and ways to contact our team. Using this website does not, by itself, create a paid service agreement.
Independent consultancy
We are not a government department, RTO office, or official government portal. Our role is to provide advice and assistance with RTO-related processes. Official requirements, appointments, fees, processing, and final decisions are controlled by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee approval, allocation of a choice registration number, or a particular completion date.
Enquiries and service instructions
The contact form sends your enquiry through Web3Forms. A successful submission confirms receipt by the form service; it is not a confirmed appointment, accepted application, or proof of payment. Our team will discuss the scope of work and any next steps directly with you.
Before proceeding with a service, confirm the required documents, applicable charges, expected steps, and any service-specific conditions with our team. Please provide accurate information and documents you are entitled to use, and notify us if relevant information changes.
Fees, payments and cancellations
This website does not collect online payments or display a binding price list. Service charges and official or third-party fees should be explained and agreed for your individual request before work is authorised. Ask for a written breakdown and keep your receipt.
If your plans change, contact the branch handling your work promptly. We provide a 100% refund if no work has been processed. If some work has been completed, we provide a partial refund based on the work completed. Refunds are paid in cash. See cancellations and refunds. Nothing on this website removes rights available under applicable law.
Information and availability
Website information is general and can change as official processes change. Confirm the current requirements for your case before relying on a checklist or timeline. We may update, maintain, or temporarily interrupt the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
